When you reserve a charter or use our Service, you accept these Terms in full. Do not continue to use the Service if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Service Overview

MapleShadePark offers a variety of luxury yacht charter services, which include:

  • Yacht rentals for single-day use
  • Evening boat tours
  • Business getaway packages
  • Exclusive celebrations
  • Extended yacht journeys

Service availability is contingent on scheduling and weather conditions. We reserve the right to alter or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Charter booking requires that you:

  • Have reached the age of majority, which is 18 years
  • Provide valid and comprehensive details
  • Complete the necessary deposit payment as detailed in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Bookings are only deemed confirmed upon our written acknowledgment and receipt of the payment. We maintain the discretion to decline service to any client.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is dependent on the suitability of the weather and vessel schedule. We will strive to meet your requested charter dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and encompass all relevant taxes unless otherwise specified. Pricing is subject to change at our discretion and without notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: Requires a payment of 50% of total charter cost at the time of reservation
  • Remaining Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter departure
  • Incidental Charges (if applicable): Payable following the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments can be made using major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payments are processed through encrypted and secure systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus a processing fee
  • Between 24-72 hours before departure: A 50% refund will be issued
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: Not eligible for a refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain determines the weather conditions are unsafe we will propose to:

  • Schedule your charter for the next available date without any extra charge
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling proves to be unachievable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If a mechanical malfunction occurs with the designated vessel we will attempt to arrange an appropriate substitute. Should a substitute not be procurable, you will receive a complete reimbursement.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are obligated to:

  • Adhere to the crew's directions
  • Utilize safety gear as instructed
  • Inform us of any health conditions that might affect their safe participation
  • Stay within the permitted areas on board the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on board:

  • Breakable containers
  • Unlawful materials
  • Guns or other weapons
  • Non-preauthorized animals

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave respectfully at all times. We may end a charter without a refund if a passenger's conduct endangers safety or interferes with the experience of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our responsibility to the amount you have paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injuries incurred due to passenger irresponsibility
  • Loss or destruction of personal items
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays from weather or other conditions outside of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive maritime insurance is active, which covers our vessels and operations. It is the passenger's duty to secure their personal and travel insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services means you recognize the inherent dangers with maritime activities and assume the responsibility for your own safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itinerary adjustments, routing changes, or schedule amendments may be necessary due to weather, safety, or operational needs. We will do our best to provide similar alternative experiences.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any hindrance, modifications, or cancellations due to circumstances out of our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural calamities
  • Regulatory mandates
  • Port shutdowns
  • Vessel breakdowns

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private details are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Through the use of our Service, you give consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials on our website, including texts, visuals, emblems, and images, are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to copy, circulate, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
