When is it advisable to make a booking?
To secure a booking, it's best to schedule 2–3 weeks ahead of time, more so in peak seasons, which run from May–September. As for corporate events and personal celebrations, reserving your spot 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended for optimal availability and customization time.
What measures are taken if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our main concern. In the event that our captain deems weather conditions as hazardous, we offer the option to reschedule your booking to an upcoming date or issue a complete refund. We actively monitor the weather forecasts and will communicate with you 24 hours prior to departure if any concerns arise regarding weather.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your own food and drinks is permitted. Additionally, we provide comprehensive catering services that we can tailor to your preferences. It is important to note that for safety reasons, carrying glass containers on board is not allowed.

What is the policy for cancellations?
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice before departure are entitled to a full refund. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are non-refundable, except in cases of poor weather or mechanical issues on our part.
